We attended a customer’s site as part of their 6 monthly crane service maintenance contract and found a series of faults. Here in the photos our crane service engineer documented the full brake strip down and rebuild after finding sheared M6 50mm bolts. The engineer also serviced the hoist which passed all safety checks, as well as checking over all the gearboxes and topping them up with oil.
